At Sofabed, we want you to love your new furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in original condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a processing fee waiver.

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.

Prepare Your Sofabed

Disassemble the unit if necessary and pack it securely in the original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for curbside collection.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
